We want you to be completely satisfied with your la Lovie products. Returns will be accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange only. la Lovie Online Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
To return or exchange items you purchased online at www.lalovie.com:
1) Please complete the return form included with the original packing slip and enclose the slip with your return.
2) Package securely and ship via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to:
